About Shipping

Please understand no orders could be cancelled after we email you notifying your payment is successful.  All packages will be sent via DHL Express from our warehouse based in Shanghai, China , or or via USPS from the warehouse based in Los Angeles, the United Sates.

The handling days are usually 3-5 business days after your payment is cleared.

The normal delivery time(without weather problems or operation delays) is:

  • 3 business days to the United States or Canada
  • 3-4 business days to Europe

So please allow up to 6-8 business days to receive your order after your payment is successful.

If nobody is at the address when UPS or DHL makes the delivery, another attempt to deliver will be made the next day. A total of three attempts to deliver will be made. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us. When you find the UPS or DHL note in your mailbox, contact them to arrange another delivery address,time or tell them the package can be left in your back yard etc.

You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as Delivery Address. Please notice that UPS or DHL express doesn’t deliver to P.O box address, so please don’t use P.O address in your shipping details.

We ship all over the world, and the shipping charge depends on your delivery address and your purchase weight.

Shipping Charges: USD 27 /kg

Europe/Australia

Shipping Charges: USD 30/kg

Notice

If there is any reason that you refuse the delivery when DHL or UPS tried to deliver to you, we won’t issue any refund, it is at your fault, thanks for understanding.

Dopestudent Return Policy

Usually we don’t accept returns since we always present the accurate measurement, describe products in detail, checking carefully before shipping and send the exact item. If there is something wrong with the products you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service via CONTACT US immediately, and please include your order number, and item details in the message.

If our customer service accept the return, we will provide you a return address and you need to take responsible for the return shipping fee and any tax generated by the package, once we receive the returned product, we will refund the value of the purchased the product, excluding the original shipping fee we ship to you..

All products must be returned in original packaging with all the tags(if it has) and enclosed gift, otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund. Thanks very much for your understanding.
